I love being a designer. Why? Because design makes a difference.

It can make things clearer and easier to understand, however complex the information.

It can communicate a single-minded identity and personality for an organisation (so everyone knows exactly who it is, what it is and what it stands for).

And it can create a positive emotional response: a ‘smile in the mind.’  

There’s another vital difference that design can make too: ‘Evidence shows that using design improves business performance.’* In short, it can help make your company more successful.
